Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026
DOM Digital Group ("DOM," "we," "us," or "our") operates domdigitalgroup.us and provides paid media services to businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our websites, landing pages, and advertising, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors in the United States.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, or message us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, budget range, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically. Our pages and advertising tags collect IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and UTM parameters from the ad or link that brought you here.
Information from third parties. Advertising and analytics platforms, lead sources, and business data providers may share information about you with us, including matched audience and conversion data.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your request, prepare a diagnosis, and contact you about working together.
- To provide, operate, and improve our services and our clients' campaigns.
- To measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, and build audiences for our own marketing.
- To send you marketing communications you may opt out of at any time.
- To secure our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
3. Calls, texts, and WhatsApp
By submitting your phone number, you agree that DOM Digital Group and its authorized representatives may contact you by phone call, SMS text message, and WhatsApp at that number, including through automated technology, about your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may also ask us to stop calling by replying to any message or emailing us.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags, and Google Analytics 4. These tools may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info, optout.networkadvertising.org, or Google Analytics Opt-out. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
5. How we share information
We share personal information with service providers who work on our behalf (hosting, CRM, email and SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics), with advertising platforms for measurement and audience matching, with professional advisors, and with authorities when required by law or to protect our rights. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising and analytics cookies may qualify as "sharing" or "selling" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state privacy laws. You may opt out using the link in our footer or the browser controls above.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing of your information, and to appeal a decision we make on your request.
To exercise a right, email hello@domdigitalgroup.us or call +1 (407) 885-7445. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the applicable law allows, generally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
California residents may also request the categories of personal information we disclosed in the prior 12 months and the categories of recipients.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to serve the purposes described here, to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party sites and changes to this policy
Our pages link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and scheduling tools, each governed by its own privacy policy. We may update this policy from time to time; the new version takes effect when posted and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
Google API Services
DOM Digital Group connects to the Google Ads API to read and manage advertising data in Google Ads accounts that our clients have authorized us to manage. We use this data only to report on and optimize those clients' campaigns. DOM Digital Group's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties, except as necessary to provide the service or to comply with the law.
